試樣的待磨層與摩擦紙,在荷重摩擦體的作用下,以規(guī)定的速度相互摩擦。通過測量摩擦前后密度的減少量(或涂層厚度的減少量),來判斷墨層(或涂層)的耐磨性。

摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)原理
采用微電腦控制、LCD動態(tài)顯示、機(jī)電一體化原理,進(jìn)行設(shè)定的摩擦試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)前將試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的、或操作者自定的摩擦次數(shù)輸入控制系統(tǒng),試驗(yàn)則可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動控制,并在每次試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后蜂鳴提示??刂葡到y(tǒng)具有斷電記憶功能,即每次重新上電后,保持上次斷電前輸入的參數(shù)狀態(tài)。執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用高精度齒輪減速微型電動機(jī)驅(qū)動摩擦體進(jìn)行直線往復(fù)摩擦運(yùn)動。
